Ordering
Orders are placed through WhatsApp only. The order number you see is a reference; an order is not confirmed until the shop replies to you.
Prices & payment
Prices are confirmed by the shop when you order and include tax where applicable. There is no online payment; you pay in cash on pickup or delivery as agreed with the shop.
Allergens & ingredients
The ingredient and allergen information shown is provisional. If you have any allergy, ask the shop before ordering.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup is from the shop in New Damietta. Delivery zones and fees are set by the shop when it confirms the order.
Returns & exchanges
Gelato is perishable. If anything is wrong with your order, tell us straight away and we will handle it under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
